What Information Do I Sell As An Information Marketer?

One of the most asked questions is, 'which information do I sell?

This has become a problem to most Nigerian and African newbies on information marketing. They do not know where to start from, how to start or who to guide them through.

So today, I will be solving that problem for you.
In one sentence, the solution is 'FIND A HOT, HUNGRY AND EVER-GREEN NICHE'.

To further clarify this, if you do not already know what a niche is. A niche (pronounced as 'nich') simply means a topic. It means subject of concentration.

Having said that, the next question arose - 'how do I find a hot, hungry and evergreen niche?'

When looking for what to write, it is very important for you not just to find a niche, but an hungry, ever-green one. Find an hungry niche, which in this term of our context means 'a problem'. This problem can be anything and it must be ever-green. That is, a problem that will never end. For example, an hungry and evergreen niche in Nigeria today is JOBLESSNESS because the truth of the matter is, unemployment will never seize in this part of the world. Thousands of our youth are been graduated every year without assurance of securing a good job, while some graduates find it difficult to properly search for job vacancies, most keep looking for a way to get a job desperately.

Now, the niche here should be JOB VACANCIES. I am a witness who ventured into this opportunity after my NYSC. At that time, no one told me about this system. I just came up with the idea that instead of me joining millions of graduate looking for jobs on the internet, why don't I provide a platform for others and make money from them indirectly. If you want to sell an info product in this niche, you can write an ebook titled "How to Pass Any Bank Interview & Apptitude Test Without GMAT/GRE", don't you think you have hit a fortune?

If you don't know already, graduates buy GMAT every year just to pass bank's apptitude test.
Believe it or not, banks are retrenching, current bankers are complaining that the work is too tedius and unbearable, but still, every graduate want to work in a bank and 95% of them are failing interviews and bank apptitude test. So if you have the experience or knowledge about different bank's interview and apptitude test, and you write it down, compiled it into an ebook product, and you go where jobless graduates are. Don't you think you will sell the information in a very lucrative way?

What if you sell the ebook at the rate of N2,000 and about 50 people bought it in the first month? That is about N100,000. Did you now see where my earning figure is coming from?

What if you intend selling that similar info product for like N3,000 or N5,000? Do the math... you will be making hundred of thousands every month without sweating it out.
That is Info Marketing!

What amazes me when people are looking for what to sell online, they taught only money making niche is the only info to sell, whereas, in my opinion and observation, How to place and win football bets, How to make money reading emails, How to make some cash from your twitter/facebook accounts,  How to watch Free DSTV, Free Browsing products are the most sort after in Nigeria today.

Yes, everyone wants to browse but not everyone can afford the exorbitant rate our ISPs(internet service providers) are charging us. So coming up with a product titled "How to Browse Non-Stop for Just N1,000 Per Month" will definately sell for sure. I know of a facebook friend doing this for cool cash.
